2024 SPRING 15's - REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!
SPONSORED PLAYER REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Complete sponsorship form and forward with check (made payable to Downingtown Rugby Football Club) to Downingtown Rugby, PO box 231, Uwchland, PA 19480.
- Proceed to register the player(s)
- DRFC – Process the registration through to the payment page then exit the form. DRFC will apply the appropriate discount after payment receipt and complete the registration, adding the player to TeamSnap. (If the sponsorship is only a partial contribution to a player’s dues, we will contact you to complete the final payment after the discount has been applied.)
- RUGBY PA (if applicable) – Process the registration including payment (you will be reimbursed for the RUGBY PA fee once the player appears on the RUGBY PA roster).
As a volunteer-led organization, we appreciate the dedication each participant brings to our organization. Our club's success hinges on the collective efforts of all members, both on and off the field. We understand that financial challenges may impact on some members' ability to cover dues. Our commitment is to ensure that no player is excluded due to financial constraints. If you're facing difficulties meeting dues, we're here to help. We've established a confidential process to provide financial assistance where needed. Please contact your head coach to make them aware of your circumstances. All inquiries will be handled with confidentiality and sensitivity. In order to support the sustainability of our club, we encourage members to approach this process with integrity. While our resources are limited, we're committed to assisting those genuinely in need. Additionally, our first recommendation to satisfy dues is to explore obtaining a sponsorship from a local business. We've enclosed a sponsorship form for you to utilize in seeking support. This proactive approach not only benefits individual members but contributes to the financial health of the club.
