REGISTRATION CHANGE MESSAGE – FALL 2024
Downingtown Rugby Registration:
(Important update to our club registration process)
Moving forward, instead of creating individual registration forms for the Fall 7’s and Spring 15’s seasons, we will now be registering players using a single registration form that covers the entire school year (2024-2025). This change is in-line with our regular annual dues payment process and is only designed to streamline the process to make it more convenient for everyone involved.
RugbyPA Registration:
Please note: The separate RugbyPA registration process has not changed, and they will continue their requirement for players to process separate Fall & Spring registrations.
Summer 7’s Registration:
Players choosing to continue playing during summer break will asked to contribute towards Summer 7’s tournament fees, as they are no longer included in yearly registration.
Registering for HS Girls, HS Boys & Junior teams only at this time.
As a volunteer-led organization, we appreciate the dedication each participant brings to our organization. Our club's success hinges on the collective efforts of all members, both on and off the field. We understand that financial challenges may impact on some members' ability to cover dues. Our commitment is to ensure that no player is excluded due to financial constraints. If you're facing difficulties meeting dues, we're here to help. All inquiries will be handled with confidentiality and sensitivity. In order to support the sustainability of our club, we encourage members to approach this process with integrity. While our resources are limited, we're committed to assisting those genuinely in need.
